SF Love Dojo 2019 Lecture Series

My main public creative output in 2019 was producing this series of lectures on compassion in difficult times; self-compassion; Asian American men’s and women’s psychology; narcissism, power and relatedness in the American psyche; internet addiction; and cyberbullying. I decided to put these all up on YouTube because I wanted to make these lectures available to anyone with an internet connection. I know they’re long, but hopefully I kept them interesting. I gradually got better at “being myself” in front of a small audience. I’m used to listening and conversation as a psychiatrist, and have given presentations to groups of psychiatrists small and large, but this was definitely working out a new muscle Hope you enjoy, and please hit the like and subscribe buttons, as well as leaving any comments on my YouTube channel.
