Happy Year of the Pig!
Here's the latest from my blog on Psychology Today -
I was recently on NBC Asian Pacific America with Robert Handa, talking about Social Media with a focus on Asian Americans. You can watch the 5-minute clip online! Let me know what you think, and please share with your community.
Compassion Cultivation Training
For 8 consecutive Mondays beginning March 4th, 2019, I will be teaching Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) workshop, pioneered by psychologists and scholars at Stanford's CCARE (Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education). I really enjoyed this experience, and want to bring compassion into our community, both for self care and communal resilience and growth.
Earlybird registration ($295) is available until February 11, after which the full price goes up to $395.
I hope you can join us - and please tell your friends. Spots are limited.
